Mind blown! I’ve suffered from debilitating foot pain for several years following a work injury to the point where I was on crutches and expecting to spend my life in a wheelchair. The Power Plate was the only thing that offered me any relief and since incorporating it into my routine I’ve been back walking again but still not completely pain-free, but this mat takes things to the next level! A few minutes on this and my feet are feeling better than they have in a long time. I’m beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!
